Gerund Gerund   adalah kata kerja  (Verb)  yang digunakan tetapi fungsinya berubah sebagai kata benda  (Noun) . atau dapat juga dikatakan bahwa  gerund  adalah kata kerja yang dibendakan  (Verbal Noun) .
